Order status texts through an automation tool.

WooCommerce webhooks send their own order format, so connect them through Zapier, Make or n8n, which turns the order into an SMS Bridge send request.

How it connects: through Zapier, Make or n8n (no native app yet). Your API base is https://api.99billingsolutions.com.

Setup

  1. In Zapier, Make or n8n, start a workflow from the WooCommerce “order created” or “order updated” trigger (or a WooCommerce webhook).
  2. Send SMS with an HTTP POST to /v1/messages/send, header x-api-key set to a key from Settings → API keys, and a JSON body with from_number, to_number and content.
  3. To react to replies, add a webhook in Settings → Webhooks for message.received that points at the tool's incoming-webhook URL.
  4. Turn the workflow on and send yourself a test.
