Persona setup

Your persona is what makes replies sound like you. Configure it in Settings → AI persona. AI replies run only while the persona is active.

Display name

The name the AI writes as, e.g. “Sara from Bright Dental”.

Tone

Formal, friendly, casual or playful.

Do NOT say

Things the AI must never say, separated by commas — prices you don't want to quote, promises about delivery times, competitor names.

Examples of your voice

Paste 3–10 real messages you have sent, one per line. This is the biggest single lever for sounding like you: your greetings, sign-offs and sentence length.

Working hours

Optional. During these hours every reply waits in Drafts for you; outside them, confident replies can auto-send.

tz is an IANA time zone. Each day is [start, end] in 24-hour time; leave a day out if you do not work that day.

Mirror language

On by default: the reply uses the same language as the incoming message.

Auto-send and threshold

With auto-send off, every reply is a draft. With it on, a reply is sent automatically when the AI's confidence is at or above the threshold (0–1, default 0.75) and you are outside working hours. Start high (0.85+) and lower it once you trust the drafts.

Model

Defaults to gemini-2.5-flash. You can enter another Gemini model name your key has access to.
