Terms of Service

By using SMS Bridge you agree to these terms. Plain-language summary follows; the operative text is legally binding.

Acceptable use

• No spam, phishing, malware, or fraud.
• Comply with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and your local telecom rules.
• Respect opt-outs. SMS Bridge records STOP / UNSUBSCRIBE replies automatically; do not message people who opted out.
• Only send to recipients who have opted in.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the SMS you send, for keeping your API keys secret, and for the carrier bills on your phone. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms without notice.

Our commitments

• Everything available during early access is free.
• If paid plans are ever introduced, they will be announced at least 60 days in advance, and nothing is charged without your agreement.
• You can delete your data, or your whole workspace, at any time.

Warranty & liability

Service is provided as-is without warranty. Our liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the trailing 12 months (which for free-plan users is $0).

Termination

You can cancel at any time. We may terminate for a material breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws that apply where the operator of SMS Bridge, vrvertex.pk, is established.
