The need
A clinic's practice software can export tomorrow's appointments but has no SMS. Staff want a simple daily routine and minimal patient data stored elsewhere.
How to set it up
- Each evening, create a campaign in Campaigns → New campaign.
- Paste one recipient per line with its variables, e.g. +923001234567, first_name=Ayesha, time=10:30.
- Write the message with {{first_name}} and {{time}}, and schedule it for the evening.
- Replies such as CANCEL arrive in the inbox (and at a webhook if you want to free the slot automatically).
Good to know
- One phone sends roughly 1,200 messages a day at the safe default pace.
- Message text is removed 30 minutes after sending and the record after 24 hours.
